By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Satire / parody notice

Products and content from TrollGov are political satire and parody for commentary and entertainment under Fun in Politics. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any person depicted or referenced, or any campaign, political party, candidate, PAC, or government office, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Any resemblance to real people is for parody and commentary. Nothing here is official government or campaign merchandise. Nothing here is legal, financial, or voting advice.

2. The shop

You must be able to form a binding contract (generally 18+) to order. Prices are in USD and may change. Product photos are illustrative; color and print placement can vary slightly with made-to-order production.

3. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders (fraud checks, stock/production issues, pricing errors). Payment is collected at checkout by our payment processor. Title and risk of loss transfer when we hand the package to the carrier.

4. Shipping

We ship to US addresses only, with timing and rates described in our Shipping Policy. We do not ship internationally. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

5. Returns

Made-to-order items: no change-of-mind returns. Defects or wrong items: contact us within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Store content, branding, and original designs are owned by us or used under license. Parody references to public figures or public-domain tropes are for satire/commentary. You may not scrape, resell wholesale, or pass our designs off as official campaign/government merchandise. Personal, non-commercial use of items you purchase is fine.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site (fraud, scraping at scale, attacking the store, illegal activity). We can refuse service when you do.

8. Limitation of liability (plain language)

To the fullest extent allowed by law: we provide the site and products as available; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, political embarrassment, roommate arguments about city hall). Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Some places don’t allow certain limits — in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

9. Indemnity

If your misuse of the site or products causes claims against us, you agree to cover reasonable costs we incur because of that misuse (to the extent allowed by law).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection laws in your home state require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes to order rights will apply going forward.
